Your Krew Leadership

Hector Delvalle is the 16U Team Manager for Krew Baseball and the driving force behind the program. He is the founder of both the Ashtabula Youth Recreational League and Krew Baseball, creating opportunities for youth athletes to grow, compete, and thrive.

A graduate of Lakeside High School, Hector is currently attending Liberty University, where he will earn his Bachelor’s in Sport Management in 2026. With over 16 years of coaching experience across baseball, football, softball, and basketball, Hector has built lifelong bonds with the youth of Ashtabula County, serving as a mentor and role model for countless children.

Hector is a proud father of two talented kids:

• Carson, 15, plays baseball and football and enjoys competing in demolition derbies.
• Kinley, 12, is on two elite competitive cheer teams, plays basketball and softball, and loves dancing and shopping.

Outside of baseball, Hector works at a local bank, assisting with opening new accounts, handling banking transactions, and helping others with their financial needs. He also owns his own travel agency, HD Travelcations, helping people plan and enjoy their adventures.

Hector’s long-time partner, Whitney Gould, supports him in his mission and serves as the Administrator of Krew Baseball, helping manage and grow the program.

Hector’s mission: to develop athletes not just on the field, but in life, fostering teamwork, confidence, and lifelong memories.

Whitney Gould serves as the Administrator for Krew Baseball, managing the website, orders, payments, scheduling, and all program paperwork. She has been with Hector for six years and shares his passion for creating opportunities for local youth. Over the years, Whitney has built strong bonds with Hector’s children and countless participants and parents from the Ashtabula Youth Recreational League, becoming a supportive, motherly figure and mentor.

A graduate of South Range High School and Kaplan University (Purdue University) with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Whitney also works as an Operations Support Coordinator at a local manufacturing plant, handling MRO, ISO audits, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives. She loves watching youth grow, participate in their passions, and supporting them through life’s journey.
